Took me a whole day to install this unit. It came with everything that I needed to mount it up and get it to operate. However, I had to run the 220v through the basement, which I knew ahead of time since they tell you that it's a 220v AC. This air conditioner is so powerful that we had to turn it off after a couple of hours. I bought it for our living room/dining room area (approximately 1000 sq. feet), but it cooled down the whole house almost. The kitchen was freezing cold, and the whole downstairs felt chilly.
