We've owned this machine since May 2007. It has been sitting in our garage for a year, since the repairs needed (electrical cord, electrical supply box, filter bag, etc.) would cost over $600 including shipping (to New Jersey from Texas). During the first two years the brush, drive track and drive belts have had to be replaced at least once if not more. The filter bag tore apart last year as well. It worked beautifully the first year and pretty well the second, but replacing the belts, track and brush was somewhat difficult.
