The headboard arrived within 1 week. However, we found it propped against our garage door with lots of hold and tears in the cardboard packing. In addition, there were bolts, washers and pieces sticking out and falling all over the driveway. When I opened it up, the headhboard was in good condition, but the hardware pieces were all over the place. The red plastic bad that was supposed to contain the bolts, screws, washers was not sealed and therefore I am left with missing pieces. I called the 1-888 number adn am still waiting for a response.Oh well...looks like a trip to Home Depot.6 of 6 people found the following review helpful.
